The training plan is generally a part of an organizational change strategy because the change being undertaken is typically technology based, or includes a new process staff need to learn.
Pathways ensures that the individual learning preferences of the user are taken into account; along with the understanding that as adults, we learn best when actively involved in our own learning.
This means our instructional design outcome must be experiential for the participant, which takes time to develop, organize and deliver. This is why it’s crucial that each and every curriculum development and facilitation preparation task and milestone being considered and planned for.
